Manufacturing of bakery and pastry products, predominantly made in house. Everything that reaches the counter went through our hands: kneaded, proofed, baked and packed in the same kitchen.
Our registered activity is the manufacturing of bakery and pastry products. We organize the work into five lines, each with its own card, its own oven time and its own batch.

Sets of breads, cakes, sweets and savories for birthdays, meetings, corporate coffee breaks and celebrations, arranged in advance according to the size of the batch.
Orders are arranged by email or phone, with the batch settled before the dough goes into the oven.

The order comes out of the oven for the agreed day. Pickup in Camargos or delivery arranged within Belo Horizonte.
Ana Luiza Moreira Loureiro is a sole proprietor (empresário individual) registered as a microenterprise, with a business registration opened in July 2024 in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil. The registered activity is the manufacturing of bakery and pastry products with a predominance of in-house production, which means what we sell is made by us.
The kitchen is in the Camargos neighborhood, on the west side of the city. We run daily production for the counter and take arranged orders for events and small businesses.
